After successful purchase you will receive an email with a link to view your purchase online. Click on the green button. From there you will be able to download the collection through an activation code.

After successfully downloading the collection using the email link you will then be able to re-download the collection in the future should you accidentally lose the designs by using the My Purchase History button at the bottom of the home page on this website.

Choose Purchase On CD to receive the design collection on a physical CD that will be shipped to you.

The collection on CD is $10 more than a download, plus shipping.

After successful purchase the CD will be shipped to the address you provide.

IMPORTANT: You must have a CD drive either internal or external on your computer in order to use this CD. If you do not have a drive or cannot use one then purchase the digital download instead. Purchase on CD does NOT include a digital download, it is one or the other.

We cannot and do not offer computer technical support of any kind. If you require support for your embroidery machine please contact the source you purchased the machine from.
